Bharat Danao

Young professional is very passionate about capacity building of human resource. An alumnus of Fergusson College Pune and IHMCT Dadar, now secured the admission in PGDM in HRM at XLRI Jamshedpur. He has visited Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Austria. He is expert in bringing awarenessin industry professionals and academic fraternity and enrol them for capacity building programsin Green Hydrogen and Industrial Water Management activities.He is engaged in:

• Preparing ground-work, planning, design, meeting agendas, publicity and time & motion management
• Preparing DPR including financial aspects, procurement of items, logistics and human resources involved
• Developing effective training methodologies for target groups and schedule for programs
• Handling registration desks, stage management, travel and hospitality of speakers and participants.

Prashant Madavi

Young professional is passionate about capacity building of the human resource working in Industrial Water Management and sustainable development. He is vocationally educated and has work experience from US based company (Fluid Robotics) engaged in applications of robotics and O&M of Waste-water treatment plant systems. He handled highly challenging work of water sampling, testing, analysis and treatment during Covid-19 situation, which was extremely appreciable. He gel easily with the ground level staff and engaged in their training in very effective way.
